About us

We are part of a stable structure founded on the Precapital fund – established by the co-founders and former long-term shareholders of Murapol Group S.A., one of the largest and most recognisable residential developers in Poland. During the period when Precapital was involved in Murapol Group, the developer completed 53 projects and delivered over 13 thousand apartments across the country. Based on the experience gained in the development of Murapol Group, in 2022 the Precapital fund established the Hammak development company. Its philosophy is based on creating boutique residential projects that combine functionality with locations close to green areas.

Łokietka Park Lane is a new semi-detached housing estate located in the northern part of Kraków – in the Prądnik Biały district. The proximity of the new tram line on ul.
