Kosocicka Forest is an intimate housing estate of 18 semi-detached houses and one detached single-family house, situated in the southern part of Kraków – in the Podgórze Duchackie district. he priority of the project was to combine functionality and close contact with nature with maximum comfort for residents. The estate’s architecture refers to traditional forms of Polish housing, creating modern “barn-style” buildings with large glazing and functional interior layouts. The houses are equipped with eco-friendly solutions: heating by air-source heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation, and preparation for the installation of photovoltaic systems for units on the upper floors. All triple-glazed windows with magnetic contacts ensure optimal thermal and acoustic conditions.
The offer includes four types of units within the houses: 4-, 5- and 7-room layouts, both ground-floor units with gardens and two-level units with a mezzanine, terrace or balcony. The apartments offer access to a garage integrated into the building structure and to private driveways located directly in front of the buildings. All units are delivered in developer standard, ready for individual interior arrangement. The estate has also been designed with everyday comfort in mind: residents have alarm system installations, air-conditioning installations, the possibility of watering the garden with rainwater and an internet connection at their disposal.
